Community Outreach

We love Lloydminster and our surrounding community! As a church we are always looking for ways that we can help make life in Lloydminster better for everyone. From visiting people in the hospital, to providing food to families in need, to our annual “Pitch In Sunday” where we clean Bud Miller Park and the Lakeland College Campus (Lloydminster), we are excited to add value to our community.  When we can, we partner with other organizations like The Olive Tree (Food Hampers, Mom's Group), local school divisions (Gift of Comfort, Christmas/Easter Food Hampers), and the Cancer Society (Cutter Rally for Cancer) to enhance their events, expand their reach, and augment their manpower.

Jesus cared about the world around Him, so we think we should do the same! For this reason we believe it is central to who we are as Christ followers to be involved beyond our walls. Find information below, or check out our calendar to see what outreach events we have coming up. If you would like to find out more or get involved in one of our community outreach initiatives, please visit the Serve page on our website and fill out the online form!

Each Christmas season we collect shoeboxes full of gifts to send out into our global community to children who wouldn't otherwise receive a Christmas gift.

Christmas & Easter Food Hampers
(Lloydminster Public School Division)

FBC collects donations to purchase food hampers around the Christmas and Easter holidays for families identified by the Lloydminster Public School Division as needing support in this way.
