Grief Share

Grief Share is a 13 week support group to help those who have experienced the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend move through grief toward healing and hope for the future. This group is led by caring individuals who have gone through the loss of a loved one and have successfully rebuilt their lives. Each weekly session involves a video, small group discussion, and personal exercises to follow up with independently.

The 13 weekly sessions are:

     The Journey of Grief - Part 1
     The Journey of Grief - Part 2
     Grief and Your Relationships
     Guilt and Anger
     Complicating Factors
     Lessons of Grief - Part 1
     Lessons of Grief - Part 2
     What Do I Live for Now?

You can request more information or sign up to attend all 13 weeks using the form below. Drop ins are also welcome as each weekly sessions can stand on its own and you can begin the program part way through and catch the missed sessions the next time it is offered.
