Cancellations

If you try to register and the week is already full. Please select the option to be added to the waitlist. We increase our maximums regularly as we hire staff and are often able to accept campers off our waitlist! 
Please contact the camp office at 306-825-2461 or pleasantview@fbclloyd.ca if you need to cancel a camper's registration. If you cancel a camper's registration on or before June 5, 2026, you will receive a full refund. Please note that cancellations may affect family rates for other campers in the household.

If you cancel a camper's registration after June 5, 2026 and up to 72 hours before their week of camp begins, you will be reimbursed for all camp fees minus the $75 deposit. If you cancel your child's registration less than 72 hours before their week of camp, they do not show up for their week of camp, or they are unable to complete their week at camp for any reason (e.g., illness, injury, family circumstance, etc.), no part of the registration fee is refundable. Only optional fees - tuck, t-shirt, paintball, etc. - will be refunded. We will, however, reimburse the registration fee minus the $75 deposit if we are able to register another camper off the waitlist to take the cancelled camper's spot.
